In rare occaisons the edges of the print appear less clean, this is simply from the packaging and easily fixed! We recommend taking a dry microfiber cloth to polish the edges with. This a quick way of getting ridd of any resedue from the packaging that might have gottan stuck to the painting. We appologize for the inconvenience and hope that this resolved the issue!

yes, we offer a 15 days return from the date of your receipt (excluding shipping costs) if you change your mind, for acrylic glass on metal and paintings.

The items must be returned in their original condition and in the original, undamaged packing. We reserve the right to refuse any returns, that do not fulfil these criteria. Please note that returns and exchanges happen at your own risk and own expense.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Due to the customized nature of framed photos, returns for framed photos cannot be accepted.

In some rare occaisons the artist may forget to include the certificate with the art piece. In this case please contact us and we will ask the artist to send it to you. Thank you for your patience!

We offer a cetificate to each art piece being sold at Art4You.

If you ordered a photography we will send the certificate seperatly to you signed and stamped by Art4You including the print number if you ordered a limited edition print.

If you ordered a painting the artist will fill out the certificate of authentication and add it to the back of your art piece before shipping.
